Clean and tidy room with a comfortable bed.

The check-in process was infuriating as no one was at the front desk when we arrived and we had to wait for the cleaning staff to help us. The vending machines were almost empty, and there was no complimentary breakfast as advertised. Our keys malfunctioned multiple times, causing hassle and frustration, requiring us to beg for assistance at odd hours.

The services were great, offered us fast free Wi-Fi. Reasonably large room with basic facilities we needed, nice bathroom. Location: the hotel was right by the lake and Harrington park and rural Wisconsin.

Positive, Got upgraded to a suite which was awesome! The bed was super plush, probably the best I've ever slept on. The whole place smells great and there are cool fish tanks in the lobby. It's a perfect spot for exploring near the lake.

Aye, I stayed in a big room with mad light, and they had two fridges and a microwave, dope. The front desk lady was real kind, helped me with printing. Plus, location was key, right near Harrington Beach. Just no coffee maker in the room, so I had to hit that pay machine. That was weak.

The staff were helpful, even allowing me to use their desktop for printing. The room was spacious, with great light, and the clean common areas added to the overall comfort.

The kids loved the cable TV options that kept them entertained during downtime. We appreciated having a fridge in our room. The service was quite decent throughout our stay.

My wife says that the pillows were too flat for our comfort.

It was an excellent fit for strolling in Belgium with very good value for money. The AC worked well, and it made my stay comfortable during the hot days. Bring your own snacks since the vending options are limited.

The inn & suites offered a lovely lounge area where you could unwind. My room was bright and spacious, with ample amenities for a comfortable stay. It's conveniently located near enjoyable outdoor spots for hiking and nature walks.

I stayed 2 nights in a Queen Room, and the room was comfortable. The bed was super plush, definitely one of the best I've slept on. It was clean and had great lighting, which I really appreciated. The fast Wi-Fi was a major plus too. It was disappointing that breakfast wasn't included, and I had to settle for coffee in the room.

the room was missing a coffee maker but the staff were friendly and quick to help with anything i needed the decor was clean and fresh plus the continental breakfast had make-your-own waffle station i appreciated the noon check-out time

I had a great stay, especially enjoying the spacious room with two fridges and the well-equipped gym. the lack of a coffee maker was a letdown. I'd go back!
